Jennifer McFarlane has been an ECE for over 16 years and started with SCDSB as a DECE in 2012. Jen began being actively involved within our union in 2016 when she joined the Collective Bargaining Team. Jen is looking forward to learning and gaining more knowledge of our local, as well as listening to and supporting the voices of all members.
